To achieve optimum production all crops need to be fed with appropriate minerals at the opportune time. In general the plant draws the mineral elements from the soil. The nutrient content of the soil will depend on the original rocks and on the degradation processes. For normal growth plants need macronutrients and, in smaller measure, micronutrients or trace elements. We can speak of a minimum and maximum threshold regarding the quantity of micronutrients necessary for the plant: below the minimum threshold the plant would present deficiency symptoms and above it, toxicity symptoms could appear. The continuous exploitation of a soil, particularly in intensive agriculture, signifies a substantial extraction of nutrients, not only of N, P and K, but also of microelements. The restitution of the latter has to be done in such a way that they are available to the plant. For this, organic chelant agents are used which form stable compounds and maintain the chelated ion available for the plant. At the moment the use of chelates is recognised as the most effective form of preventing and correcting most of the microelement deficiencies in crops.
TRADECORP AZ:Chemical mixture of chelated trace elements in the form of soluble microgranules. It is a balanced formula for controlling multiple deficiency states, both in hydroponic crops and in soil cultivation. Richness p/p: (Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn chelated EDTA; B and Mo in mineral form) Fe: 7.5% Mn: 3.5% Zn: 0.7% Cu: 0.28% B: 0.65% Mo: 0.3%
MAXFERRO:Iron chelate EDDHA Aspect: water-soluble microgranules. Indications: Treatment of ferric chlorosis in alkaline soil with high limestone content.
WILDER:This is a liquid product to be applied through the watering system to acidify the soil and the water. It can be applied as a soil enhancer and acidulant, as a drip-feed unblocker in localised watering, and as a fertilizer since it contains 15% of uric nitrogen. Composition, % p/p: Nitrogen.: 15% Sulphur, SO3.: 0%
- Clearer-unblocker of the localised watering system: Blocking problems are often related with the low speed of the water passing through it. The formation of insoluble carbonates, the accumulation of algae and silt, as well as other particles conveyed in suspension by the irrigation water, can be resolved by WILDER as this is a high-acidity product.
VITASOIL: Humic organic liquid fertilizer of soluble humic and fulvic acids. Total humic extract: 15% p/p Humic acids (approx.): 12% p/p Fulvic acids (approx.): 3% p/p Benefits: It improves the chemical characteristics: It increases the cationic exchange capacity, it recovers insoluble forms. It improves the physical characteristics: aeration, water retention, texture It improves the biological characteristics: better development of the microbial flora
